The chosen set as Inkscape-native sources in assets/ (2026-11-04): logo
(2c, Fredoka 600, 7 degree tumble, three twinkles), mark-wide (3d, ReA +
one twinkle) and icon (3f, R + twinkle on a rounded Mocha tile). Layers
are roles (ink, spark, tile); the outlines are the deployed geometry, and a
hidden live-text layer sets Fredoka at the same position for reference.

nix run .#build derives every variant without Inkscape: ElementTree reads
and recolours by layer from palette/tokens.json, svgo optimises (guarded by
a before/after render), resvg rasterises and measures the tiles, fontTools
subsets the pinned Google Fonts sources. Every CSS, woff2, SVG and PNG a
page references carries a content hash; dist/manifest.json maps logical
names; dist/fixed/ keeps the names Forgejo and Keycloak request.
Byte-reproducible (nix build --rebuild); pre-commit refuses a dist/ that
is not a fresh build.

palette/tokens.json: the forge's Mocha/Latte Sapphire values plus the
SSO's WCAG exceptions and the contrast rules, checked by tools/check.py.
