The soft fork's scaffold: upstream/ pinned to Forgejo v15.0.11 (shallow, blobless), an empty
series, scripts/patches (apply, export, rebase <tag>, status), a flake, a one-screen
README, WISHLIST.md with the first wish, and the GPLv3 LICENSE.

Tested for real with a throwaway template patch, then removed: export, reset, apply, rebase onto the
same tag and across v15.0.10 and v15.0.11, a conflict resolved once and replayed by rerere, the
merged drop rule, and a fresh clone. No build, CI, or tags.

`ignore = all` so the patched tree stays out of `git status`. The series is

`git am -3` onto branch `realliance` in `upstream/`, `format-patch` files
